Nakedbus.com has stripped the cost of travel to bring you the lowest prices available. We are so sure that we offer the cheapest prices that if you were to find that a competitor offers a cheaper online price, we will credit you with the difference between the price you paid us and the lower online fare you have found. We'll also credit you with an extra $1. This offer is valid from the moment you book, right up to the time you travel, reducing your uncertainty about future prices.

How do I receive my credit?

If you have a valid nakedbus.com booking and find a cheaper online fare available on a competitor's website, contact us with your booking reference and details of the other fare on offer and we will credit you with the difference in price plus an extra $1. The competitor's fare must be on the same route and at a comparable time (within 1 hour earlier or later than the nakedbus.com departure time). Refunds will be given in the form of a credit which you can use towards future trips (you must use up this credit within 12 months of the original departure date). We may also (at our sole discretion) provide credits to your credit card or nominated NZ bank account.

Terms and Conditions

You must have already made a nakedbus.com booking.

You must notify nakedbus.com of the details of the lower comparable online fare. Details to include: a print screen of the comparable fare, proof that the journey was available for booking, the web address of the website where you found the fare, the date and time of when you found it. If you do not attach proof to your claim, your claim will be deemed invalid and declined.

Bus only bookings - this price beat guarantee applies only to one way direct bus journeys offered by nakedbus.com. Ferries, trains, and activities are excluded from this promotion. See nakedsleep.com for the accommodation price beat guarantee.

Ticket class - Based on any available online adult fare of any bus competitor. Excluding free fares and fares that cannot be purchased individually. Availability - the comparable fare must be available for booking at the time that you discovered the lower fare.

Comparable time - the applicable journey provided by the competitor must be a direct journey departing and arriving at the same town/city, and must be scheduled to depart within 1 hour (earlier or later) of the applicable nakedbus.com journey.

For the purposes of verifying the difference in price, all applicable surcharges, fees, taxes and additional amounts charged in relation to making a booking will not be included. Only the price of the ticket will be included. The lower price that applies must be a price offered directly by a competitor on its website and excludes any deals offered by that competitor through a third party (including one-day-deal or volume purchasing websites).

You may claim up to a maximum of 10 nakedbus.com fares for up to 10 passengers when making a claim under this price beat guarantee.

Refunds will be given in the form of a credit which you can use towards future trips (you must use up this credit within 12 months of the original departure date). We may also (at our sole discretion) provide refunds to your credit card or nominated NZ bank account.
