You make a booking with us on nakedbus.com and find a cheaper online price on a competitor’s website for the same route (the departure time must be within an hour (either earlier or later) of the nakedbus.com departure time.)
Simply contact us with your booking reference and details of the cheaper fare you have found (we may require proof of this).
We refund you the difference in price PLUS an extra $1. Refunds will be processed onto your credit card or nominated NZ bank account.
