Our rapid growth means that we are looking for a new member to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are resolved in a timely, efficient and appropriate manner. You will be:
  • Passionate about resolving customer service issues
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in a customer service role

Experience in public transport, travel, tourism or accommodation industries would be an advantage

You will:

  • Answer and resolve customer queries via email and phone
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Contribute to solving service delivery problems

Skills required:

  • Computer literate – we are internet based so you must be able to adapt to new software quickly
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written – you will be dealing with customers and contractors on a daily basis
  • Problem solving ability
  • Conflict management ability
  • Able to relate to people from all walks of life
  • Time management skills / ability to work under pressure
