Didn’t get a booking reference?

Oops! Due to a computer glitch, some passengers who booked on 26 June did not receive a booking confirmation email with booking reference.

These bookings are still safely in the system.

If you booked on 26 June, please contact us at enquiries and tell us:

  • where you are travelling from
  • where you are travelling to
  • the date you are travelling
  • the time you made the booking yesterday
  • your email address

and we will send you your booking reference. (We need this information to correctly identify your booking).

Sorry about the glitch – but the system is back to normal now!

Note: If you booked your bus tickets at any other time, and you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam box, as some email systems send the emails there.
