Hiring – Customer Service Rep

nakedbus.com has revolutionised the delivery of long distance bus services in New Zealand with a value based model. Fares start at $1 (plus booking fee)and all fares are very competitive in the market place. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to add an experienced member to our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are resolved in a timely, efficient and appropriate manner. You will be:

  • Passionate about resolving customer service issues
  • Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in a customer service role

Experience in public transport, travel, tourism or accommodation industries would be an advantage but is not necessary.

You will relish the opportunity to work for a young, innovative dynamic company that is one of the fastest growing eCommerce businesses in New Zealand

You will:

  • Answer and resolve customer queries via email and phone
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Contribute to solving service delivery problems

Skills required:

  • Computer literate – we are internet based so you must be able to adapt to new software quickly
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written – you will be dealing with customers and contractors on a daily basis
  • Problem solving ability
  • Conflict management ability
  • Able to relate to people from all walks of life
  • Time management skills / ability to work under pressure
