<p>You will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are resolved in a timely, efficient and appropriate manner. You will be:</p>
<ul class="ULInsideAd">
<li>Passionate about resolving customer service issues</li>
<li>Professional with excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Experienced in a customer service role</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience in public transport, travel, tourism or accommodation industries would be an advantage but is not necessary.</p>
<p>You will relish the opportunity to work for a young, innovative dynamic company that is one of the fastest growing eCommerce businesses in New Zealand</p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul class="ULInsideAd">
<li>Answer and resolve customer queries via email and phone</li>
<li>Liaise with contractors</li>
<li>Contribute to solving service delivery problems</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills required:</p>

<li>Computer literate – we are internet based so you must be able to adapt to new software quickly</li>
<li>Good communication skills – verbal and written – you will be dealing with customers and contractors on a daily basis</li>
<li>Problem solving ability</li>
<li>Conflict management ability</li>
<li>Able to relate to people from all walks of life</li>
<li>Time management skills / ability to work under pressure</li>
</ul>
