Why is my customer’s travel day not showing?

The trip is either not available for that particular day, or we are revising some journeys and will put them up on the site soon. If the trip does not appear in the search results it is not available for booking at this time.

Can my customer be picked up/dropped off at a different bus stop from their booking?

No. Unfortunately our buses only pick up/drop off at the designated bus stops that your customer is booked for. If they would like to change their stop, you will need to change their booking.

Can I book a group and get a discount?

No. nakedbus.com already offers everyone the lowest city to city bus fares in the country so we are not able to discount these any further.

Groups are more than welcome if you can get the number of seats you need on the trips/dates you need, but you will need to book this in the normal way online. Just set ‘Passengers’ to the number you need and have a fun trip together!

Can I book more than one journey in one transaction?
