Search page won’t give you a reference number? FIXED

Firstly, if customer’s are trying to change their booking by using the red panel on our website, tell them to delete the C first, then the reference number will be processed fine onto the next step. FIXED

Secondly, if the 5-digit code of a customer’s reference number brings up their name and email but not their booking below, copy their email address into the “customer email” search box and use this to search. You’ll find the booking then gets displayed (will be a connecting journey with a C). Rosina Price knows about this. FIXED
