CHANGE BOOKINGS FIXED

Please note that the change booking procedures for credit cards and nakedrewards are now fixed. Customers should be able to change their own bookings without problem now.

However, there is one situation that the change booking system will not allow and customers will need to email nakedbus.com about this. The situation is when:

There are 2 or more people travelling under one booking reference (i.e., 1/2-, 1/3-, 2/4- etc at start of reference number)

and the customer wants to change the time, date, or location for 1 passenger only.

Please have them email the relevant reference number and very specific instructions about the change they need to make. You need to tell them they will need to have a nakedrewards balance to cover fees and possible increased fare prices. This may mean they will need to deposit $10 or so to their nakedrewards account by internet banking (so that we can deduct the cost of the change from them).
