Disruption
Due to road closures, the pickup at Ashburton will be changed for the 22nd November and 12th December ONLY.
Southbound: Christchurch to Dunedin
Pickup point is the Caltex service station opposite KFC (Cnr of East Street / Dobson Street)
Northbound: Dunedin to Christchurch
Pickup point is outside McDonalds which is beside the Shell service station (Cnr of West Street / Moore Street)Â opposite the Mitre 10 Mega Store
Please make a note of this if you are travelling to or from this point on either of these dates.

Transfer bus stop has changed from Bayfair to Tauranga

Attention to all customers holding a booking reference that includes a transfer bus at Bayfair. Please note that the transfer stop has been changed to Tauranga.
The bus will now stop at Tauranga around about 3.30pm (on Willow Street, right in front of the Tauranga information centre) and the transfer bus will pick you up at 5.10pm (at Wharf Street on the corner of Willow Street).
We humbly apologize for the change of transfer stops and any inconvenience this change may cause.

Auckland to Tauranga Trips Under Review

These routes will be under review from the 20th of June. We apologise for this inconvenience and we will release the new timetables for these routes as soon as possible.
Waikato Uni stop CLOSED on 12 April

The bus stop in Knighton Road is closed on 12 April because the road is closed. Please go to the Hamilton Central Stop ( Anglesea St, road side bus stop by the Transport Centre, nearest the traffic lights) to be picked up.
Drop offs will be in the same location. We apologise for the inconvenience which is outside our control.

Due to the cycle race in TAUPO tomorrow 24 Nov we are unable to stop at the i-site.
We will be picking/dropping off from BP STATION HEUHEU STREET
Whangarei – to Auckland cancelled today due to road closures

The bus service from Whangarei to Auckland today is cancelled because all roads out of Whangarei are closed due to the storm. Passengers who are booked will be offered a full refund of the bus ticket or transfer to tomorrow’s service.
At the moment we plan to run the service from Auckland to Whangarei as normal.
Snow affecting Christchurch – Queenstown

The road between Christchurch and Queenstown is partially closed, causing delays in both directions. We are doing our best to get through. We are advising passengers of delays as we get updates
