Experience in public transport, travel, tourism or accommodation industries would be an advantage

You will:
- Answer and resolve customer queries via email and phone
- Liaise with contractors
- Contribute to solving service delivery problems
Skills required:
- Computer literate – we are internet based so you must be able to adapt to new software quickly
- Good communication skills – verbal and written – you will be dealing with customers and contractors on a daily basis
- Problem solving ability
- Conflict management ability
- Able to relate to people from all walks of life
- Time management skills / ability to work under pressure
