Welcome to New Site

Welcome to the new site. We have changed web host so that we can support users with IE7. There may be some teething problems as we switch over, but you should notice a sharper website with better information, and easier to use.

Some changes:

• the site now supports users with IE7 without trashing the formatting
• We have put news headlines on the front page so you can see at a glance if there are new routes.
• The graphics are sharper.

We hope that the new site wil be easier to maintain and keep up to date. It should also be easier to use!

   hi I’ve just returned from a beaut weekend with my daughters in Hamilton via nakedbus. The service and price was fantastic and I’ve just booked another journey foe next weekend!
   However, I was surprised to find that the driver did not have my booking for the Taupo- Tirau journey.
   Also Although I ticked the ‘text reminder’ box I only received a text for the first journey-the one with no driver notification!
   Luckily I had internet access to find my referance number this morning.
   Hpofully this matter will be rectified ready for my next booking ( I haven’t used the service for this weekend)

   Glad you enjoyed your trip, and sorry about the problems – the text problem is now fixed.

   We are having a few teething problems with driver notifications but we are working on them. Look forward to having you travel with us again soon.

   Hi there, I think that there is something wrong with the website, I’m not sure if others are experiencing this too, but I have been receiving the following message since last week. When I try to do route searches or click on the tabs it’s coming up with: Page not found
   Sorry – the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps you entered it incorrectly or followed an old or broken link.

   To find the page you want try:

   browsing from the home page
   finding the page you want in the site map or
   using the search box at the top of the page.

   Hopefully you will be able to help me out as I really need to book a return trip home!

   Hi Liv

   Yes we have had some problems which we are working on as hard as we can – we should be moving to a bigger server in the next few days – such is the problem of popularity. I’m sorry that some people have been having problems, and all I can ask for is that you are patient while we fix this!

   Hi Hamish,
   I stumbled in from your Google advert. I have regular family visits bussing in from Gisborne .. guess they need to be bit more patient from there just yet!

   As to the website, we older fogies will have difficulty with the red text on black. Yellow would be good .. corporate image standards aside .. !
